This agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the web site. These terms may be modified by Communities.com, and such modifications will be effective upon posting by Communities.com on the web site. This agreement includes Communities.com's Privacy Policy, and any notices regarding the web site.

You must be 16 years old or over to register as a member of Communities.com or use the web site. Membership in the service is void where prohibited. By using the web site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

You will not send/post to other members or in any community forum or any other area of this site (including public areas such as chat and oneliner) any information that is defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, slanderous, sexually oriented, sexually explicit, threatening, harassing, racially offensive or illegal. You will not send spam messages/posts to members on this site (which includes but is not limited to sending/requesting contact information, financial information, advertising, love messages, etc.). You will also not post or send to any members any material that infringes or violates another's rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). Violating any of these will lead to a permanent ban of your account and IP(s). Communities.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile/accounts it deems unacceptable.

You will not advertise other sites, attempt to scam or defraud members, send spam, or anything related to advertising to our members or publish such information anywhere on the site. You will not attempt to obtain personal contact information, financial information, etc. from members you do not know, or against their wishes. Violating any of these will lead to a permanent ban of your account and IP(s). In addition, Communities.com keeps extensive logs and we will not hesitate to contact the police and/or our lawyer.

You are only allowed to create one account (one account per unique person). Creating multiple accounts and/or impersonating other persons will lead directly to a permanent ban of all your accounts and IP(s). Members may cancel their existing account at any time, and then choose to create a new account. If there is an error in the information loaded, or any updates/changes to the information are required, please contact the staff promptly for assistance.

If you choose to load a profile photo, it must be of the member registering for the service. If there is doubt as to the validity of the picture, then we reserve the right to request a salute photo at anytime during your membership on this site. Uploading fake profile photos, or inability to prove the validity of the photo if requested, will lead to a permanent ban of your account and IP(s).

You will not include in your profile picture, or profile description, any photos/pics containing any nudity (including nude art or cartoons), depicting any type of sexual act or photos that would be considered porn. Adults (members over 18 years old) may load some nude photos to your album, or in 'adults only' forums, if it is a picture of yourself, and if it does not show any person(s) other than yourself. You may also load some nude art, but not depicting sexual acts or anything that may be considered porn.

You are solely responsible for the information you publish or display on the service or send to other members. In addition, community forum owners/admins must also oversee the behaviour and materials posted in their forum, and ensure the site rules are followed. Communities.com will not be held responsible for any information published by its members.

We are not liable for loss of data or any damages the service might cause you, your computer, or anything else related to you.

We reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time for any reason, without prior notice. The reason will be justified if this becomes necessary; however Communities.com is under no obligation to provide such justification.

We give no warranty or guarantee about the availability of the service. It is provided "as is", and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
